The beautiful Katherine over at Millennial Rants tagged me to do this post. I couldn't wait to do this post, so let's just go on with it shall we..

How my blog started

Well basically, over the summer I did an internship with College Fashionista where I was blogging about being a 'Style Guru' (where I also learnt I didn't wanna be a fashion blogger) I really enjoyed it and was proper thinking over in my head for ages whether I wanted to create my own blog, just about my own life experiences and basically a bit of everything life. Some of my friends in and out of uni had blogs, and so I just thought well, what have I got to lose really? It'll be fun and something to sort of help me de-stress away from uni work, I started off making a new twitter account purely for my blog and then created my first post on the 22nd September 2016! 

Advice for new bloggers:

I would just have to say to write whatever you feel passionate about. The great thing about blogging is that you can do that, if you want to write something different to what you normally do then go for it. If you aren't enjoying reading it back then what makes you think your viewers will? Another thing i'll say is, to not expect to get 'famous' from your blogs if you're purely blogging sent free stuff then you're doing it for all the wrong reasons (in my opinion) and to not get down if you aren't getting any views straight away it takes time. 

I don't actually know who to tag, as i'm sure by now everyone I follow have all been tagged and done there's. But if you haven't done it when you see this, go ahead and try it!!

What is the best thing that has happened to you this month?

hmm this is actually tricky, i guess being VIP at a club.. i mean free vodka and champagne? Yes please 

What was the last compliment you received?

Someone in uni said they liked my eyebrows.. always makes a gal happy 

What was your last dream about?

i can't remember the full dream but part of it was that i thought someone had been dumped into a bin so i was searching all my neighbours bins and they was just full of uncooked chickens?? Steve and Michelle from corrie was in my dream too.. weird 

What is your dream home? How would you decorate it?

i'd love a big open plan house with like 4 floors, it would probably be black and white with a few copper and rose gold ornaments 

What was your favourite holiday?

back when i was a little kid we went on holiday to 'pontins' omg it was amazing. We got to meet all the characters and went to the little kids clubs, it was just the best. I loved all my holiday's where we would stay in a caravan park. 

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

gonna sound so boring but i would just stay in Liverpool, since being in uni i hate being away from my fam. I would love to go and live in Australia, London or Brighton but not forever. 

What is your favourite kind of blog post to read?

probably a tag post or a proper personal post, i always feel the ones about them are the best.

'This Time Next Year' Tag

I haven't done a tag post since I did the 25 facts about me and I saw this one and just HAD to take part in it!! You might've seen this but if not then basically Sarah came up with a new tag inspired by the TV programme 'This Time Next Year', which is presented by Devina McCall. 

Sarah explains it better so i'll just paste what she wrote here:

"if you don’t know the show it is basically where you see people present their goals for next year and then it flashes forward 365 days later to see if they have achieved them. It’s all about real life transformations and how they wish to be successful."

So, this is how the tag will work:

So I haven't been tagged for this I just saw it and thought i'd jump on the bandwagon it seemed like such a fun an exciting tag! 

My goals for the next year are:

1. To have Passed my Driving/Theory Test. I've been saving up for my driving lessons for so long, but as i'm studying at uni in a different city I thought it would be easier to just learn to drive in my actual city. So when I get back to Liverpool in May/June i'm going to start my driving lessons straight away (eeep) 

2. Have a Photography based job. As I finish uni around May/June I really want to go pretty much straight into the photography world. I'm starting to apply for jobs now and i'm also looking into photography placements and assistant jobs as a back up as at least i'll gain experience. 

3. Gained 500 followers on my Blog/Youtube. I'm currently on around 90 on my Blog and haven't properly started my Youtube Channel but if I keep posting and interacting with other bloggers/vloggers I'm sure I can achieve this. (A girl can dream lol)

Since i'm new to blogging & haven’t really told you about myself. I decided I would do a ‘Get to Know Me Tag’ which includes 25 personal questions. I have seen these done before by many bloggers, hope you enjoy getting to know me a little more. 

1. What is your middle name?

I always get told my name is quite ‘vintage’ and my middle names are too, Ann-Josephine (although Josephine is my confirmation name). 

2. What was your favourite subject at school?

In year 9 when you had to choose options I picked Health & Social Care which I did actually enjoy. Mainly because I love making case studies about people and doing questionnaires. I did at one point also want to become a nurse but knew I would never be clever enough and I have a massive phobia of needles. 

3. What is your favourite drink?

My favourite alcoholic drink is a steam boat (southern comfort, lemonade and lime) and non-alcoholic is tea. 

4. What is your favourite song at the moment? 

Famous by Nathan Sykes. If you don’t know him he was a member of The Wanted whose become solo due to them being ‘on a break’. (His music style is completely different to their style though)

5. What is your favourite food?

Cheesecake always!!

6. What is the last thing you bought?

I have recently bought a new lens (10-18mm wide angle) for my Canon 750D camera. Which I also bought last month.

7. Favourite book of all time?

This is so hard as I love to read. A few of the ones off top of my head are Billy & Me, If I stay and Charlotte Crosby’s autobiography. 

8. Favourite Colour?

Pink.. even though I literally own nothing pink

9. Do you have any pets?

Two French Bulldog puppies; Kaiser & Sadie, a cat called Tilly-Mint who is my little baby & a Tortoise called Pepe. 

10. Favourite Perfume?

The key by Justin Bieber. 

11. Favourite Celebration? 

It’s got to be christmas, I just love the whole lead up to it and it’s one of the times where I get to see my cousins and little 2nd cousins & my auntie and uncle. 

12. What is your relationship status?

I am single.

13. What is your favourite country?

I’ve been to a lot  of different countries, but for my last summer holiday in 2015 I went to Greece in and i’ve fell in love ever since. (it's also the most photogenic place)

14. Do you speak any other languages? 

I did try to learn French & Spanish but never worked out. I even had to choose to do I.C.T instead of Spanish because I wasn’t good at it.. lol story of my life. 

15. How many siblings do you have? 

I am the youngest of four, which isn't as bad as you may think,  i'm pretty close to all of them. My brother is the eldest and then i've got two elder sisters. 

16. What is your favourite shop?

I shop at a number of different places, but it will probably be between Misguided and Topshop. 

17. Favourite restaurant? 

San Carlo all the way although it is expensive so we mainly save it for celebrations, another we go to a lot of the time is Nicola’s which is up my area of Liverpool. 

18. When was the last time you cried?

This was actually back in August when my cat was missing & then when she had to get an operation so I was proper worried.. she is thankfully back to her own little cute self. 

19. Favourite Blog? 

The ones I mostly stroll through are; grabyourcam, Poppy Deyes, hidden little thoughts, half girl half teacup. 

20. Favourite Film? 

This is impossible to just choose one, but the one I can watch forever is Annie but the new version. 

21. Favourite TV Shows? 

I’m not really a TV kinda gal, but I CANNOT miss an episode of Coronation Street. I also get major excited when Made In Chelsea and I’m a Celebrity starts up again. 

22. PC or Mac? 

I’ve always had to work with Mac really from college to university and it’s so much easier to edit photos. 

23. What phone do you have?

I currently have the iPhone 6 but I’ll hopefully be getting a new iPhone (hopefully the 7) in March when I change contracts. 

24. How tall are you? 

I’m quite small at 5ft 2. 

25. Can you cook?

Pfft. I really can’t I even studied Food Tech but still ending up failing it.
